Order Process and Handling Time
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.

We fulfill orders from Monday to Saturday of a week.

Shipping Fee Instruction

Shipping costs will be listed on the checkout page and will remind users and customers that the price includes; costs for processing, handling, shipping, some additional gifts such as gift cards, a gift box, and others.

We offer worldwide free shipping for all orders over US $50

About Cutoff Time

Our cutoff time is 7:00 p.m. in Hong Kong Standard Time (GMT+08:00), we will no longer process orders received after that time of one day. For orders processed after cutoff time, one day gets added to the delivery time estimate.

Important Notes

If you have not got your package based on the above estimates, you should submit a ticket to our support center. And We will give you a delivery deadline and then provide an alternative.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

You can get the approximate delivery times from real-world data gathered from previous orders. They are estimated times for reference only.

The different shipping times may be impacted during the public holidays, couriers, and manufacturers and will restrict the operations at these times; this is out of our control. However, our services resume instantly after each holiday.

It may take some business days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier system. If the information is not on the website, you may try again sometime later.

SARAH’S WHISPER Boutique ships all packages from our warehouse and the distribution center.
